Receipt Verification

This tool lets students, parents, employers, and auditors confirm that a BJJ Seva Samiti fee receipt is real. Enter the receipt number exactly as printed on the document—no login required.

How verification works

When online course fees are collected through our payment partner, the system assigns a unique receipt number and stores a signed payment record. This page queries that record and shows a green confirmation only when the number is recognised.

Invalid or unknown means no matching issued receipt was found—double-check spelling and hyphens, or contact the office with your payment reference.

Privacy note

Public verification is intentionally limited: it helps third parties trust a document without exposing full student files. Do not share receipt numbers on open social media if you prefer to keep payment history private; share directly with the party who needs to confirm payment.

Check a receipt

Enter the receipt number printed on your fee receipt.

Frequently asked questions

What does a “valid” receipt mean on this page?
Valid means the receipt number exists in BJJ Seva Samiti’s records, was issued for a recorded payment, and matches the name, course, amount, and issue date shown in the result. It does not by itself prove admission approval—that is handled separately through admin verification of registration.
Where do I find my receipt number?
It appears on your fee receipt after successful online payment—typically in a format like BJJ-2026-00001. You can also open the print link from your registration confirmation message.
Why was my receipt number rejected as invalid?
The number may be mistyped, from another organisation, not yet synced, or tied to a payment that failed or was reversed. Re-enter exactly as printed (letters, hyphens, digits). Contact the training office if you paid but still see an error.
What personal data does public verification show?
Only the fields needed to confirm authenticity: receipt number, student name, course title, amount paid, and issue timestamp. We do not display mobile numbers, email, or internal admin notes on this public check.
